The rooms had a fresh smell and the air conditioning was efficient. the windows had crinkle glass. I could open the curtains and get full light while maintaining privacy.

The service wasn't great. room cleaning occurred only every three days, a bit disappointing considering the price i paid. The rooms got messy quickly.

The location was easily accessible. It was great that the staff helped us find good transportation to the airport using the highway bus. The amenities provided were also a plus.

The room cleaning service occurred only every three days. I found this disappointing considering the price I paid. Towels were not emptied until midday, and I had to leave them outside the room.

charming stay near nishiki market

i found the location very convenient, close to shijo station (it's really just two stops from the main train station). bringing luggage was easy since this subway line wasn't too busy. i loved the little extras at check-in, like tea and bath salts (a nice surprise!).

i was a bit disappointed that no complimentary water bottles were provided in the room.

the standard twin room was surprisingly spacious, with two chairs and a small table (very useful for planning my day). everything was meticulously clean and well kept, which i really appreciated. the hotel also provides pajamas .
